- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff were very polite and helpful in getting a sale from me, the delivery was on time, HOWEVER on delivering a bed to my elderly, parents the driver was not helpful and left the heavy bed in hall way, not assembled. He was paid cash in full for total purchase price of £ 735.00. No screws came with the bed and pads missing off of one of the feet. I complained but nobody returned my calls initially, I asked for a refund and was told they did not refund money. They became rude and said I was getting it out of context as it was only a pack of screws and pads missing from feet. They offered to send in the post and my parents slept on the floor, having thrown the old bed out on day of delivery. I would not use them again nor recommend them, they seemed to be more than happy to take my money, then practically ignored me and were verbally rude on the phone.By Admin, January 18, 2017
